Today I was watching the News on KTLA5 and they were speaking about how they were going to start red flagging Party houses in New Port beach. Apperently when big holidays come around the party down there seems to get out of control and annoy some locals (Disturbing the Peace). The local department of New port beach and want to fine any people who attend the party and get caught being there in a red flagged house, your fine can be up to $1,000, $2,000 and $3,000 for first, second and third offense. For home owners you can be charged a stagering 5,000 to 8,000 dollars. In my oppinion i think this is stupid, it is just another way to collect money from us citizens. If the party gets out of control then the police should just end the party and give a ticket to the homeowners for disturbing the peace ..if they must.I would be furious if i was a resident at NewPort beach, heckkk if its on my property that I PAID FOR then i should allow who ever i want and celebrate.
